A vacancy has arisen for an Accommodation, Travel and Materials Co-coordinator at Real Fundraising Ltd.
This is a permanent, full-time role. The shift pattern will be from 10am – 6.30pm weekdays and the applicant will need to be contactable via the company provided mobile over the weekend period.
Applicants for this role will need strong communication and administration skills. You will need to be self-motivated and be focused on achieving targets and completing workloads in the prescribed time period.
Based at our head office in Canary Wharf (E14), Real Fundraising Ltd is an industry leader in face-to-face fundraising and has been at the forefront of providing an ethical, quality approach towards fundraising.
About the role in a little more detail…
As the Accommodation, Travel and Materials Co-coordinator you will be responsible for booking travel and accommodation for our staff working throughout the UK with accommodation bookings, administrative and material management duties. If successful, you will join a dynamic office dedicated towards the ethos and ethics that has helped shape our success over the past ten years!

You will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of computer literacy specifically in excel and word.
Furthermore, you must have an aptitude for excellent organisational skills for this role to ensure you can meet tight deadlines in our busy schedules.
