Admin Assistant Required in London

The Company
We run a successful professional commercial plumbing company covering central London. We are now looking to bring in a new administrator as the current administrator is retiring. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and need a reliable enthusiastic individual to help support the growing team.
Responsibilities
The primary role will be to support the Directors and other suppliers and partners through running the office administration of the company in an efficient and professional way. The right person will be able to fit in quickly and take control of the administration function with the minimum of guidance.
Essential Qualities and experience
. Excellent organisation, highly efficient and ability to prioritise work load
. experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous but not required
. Fun to be with and enthusiastic on the phone to clients and suppliers
. First class verbal and written communication skills with a real eye for detail
. IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Windows applications
. Able to hit the ground running, happy to take control and offer solutions for more effective working
. Able to work on own initiative and with little supervision
. Ability to prioritise effectively
. Versatile and patient
. Happy to work on own and with dispersed teams
Working Hours
This role needs someone to work from approximately 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday but we would be flexible and open to discussion on working hours.
Terms and Salary
This is a long-term role but to start with our client is looking for someone who can work with them on a freelance basis (through their Limited Company Status).
An hourly rate of £10.00 per hour is available to the successful candidate.
Location
You would work in the company's new office in Willesden, London where they are based.
