An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin / Receptionist to join Crusader Assistance based in Hampton. Crusader Assistance, are a successful claims management company that that has been in the insurance industry for 20 years. Crusaders are looking for a receptionist that will be able to assist the business in gathering and producing reports for all areas of the business, as well as assisting with accounts and data in respect to insurance policies. The Receptionist will report directly into the Admin Manager.As an Admin / Receptionist your duties and responsibilities will be:* Gather data from Crusader's in-house claims system and excel spreadsheets* Ensure that the data can be easily translated by non-technical staff* Export and Import insurance policies from Excel on to Crusader's In-house claims system* Assist accounts with weekly invoicing, payments and cash flow.* Ensuring daily Administration tasks are done efficiently avoiding back log and proactive response.* Opening incoming post, and processing and scanning various documents.* Contacting brokers and insurers to confirm information relating to client polices and correspondence received.* Processing broker and insurer reports.* Loading claims on to broker systems.* Importing and exporting data in relation to the Add on Products sold by our brokers.* Processing LEI queriesAn ideal Admin / Receptionist will have the following skills and qualifications:* experience of using Microsoft Office package; specifically Word, Excel and Power Point.* Keen eye to detail and error checking* A willingness to learn and assist in multiple areas of the business* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written to customer and colleagues* Well -articulated and well-spoken to manage conversations over the phone* Excellent / Advanced excel skills.* Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure.* Candidates must be customer focused putting the needs of the customer first.* Candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard working.* Claims experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Shifts covering 0900 - 1730 hours Monday to Friday. 1 in 4 Saturdays 0900 - 1600 hours.In return for this you will receive a salary of GBP18,500 rising to GBP19,000 after successful probation period (6 months).For an opportunity to join this expanding company please submit your CV online.
