Full Time Lettings Negotiator Vacancy - Docklands Residential.
A great and immediate opportunity for an enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Lettings Negotiator to work for a well established estate agency based in Docklands. The Ideal candidate will need to have a good knowledge of the local east London area including Docklands and previous experience in this industry (this is not essential as we will provide on the job training for the right candidate). You will be required to qualify tenants and leads from a variety of sources, arrange and conduct viewings and canvass for new properties over the phone as well as face to face. We are looking for someone with energy, drive and dedication. A generous commission structure is in place to ensure you are rewarded accordingly for the effort you put in. You will be required to working up to 6 days including a Saturday and our operating hours are Mon-Fri: 10am-18:00, saturday: appointment only.
Requirements:

Target driven
Able to conduct own admin duties
Clean full UK driving license including automatic.
Be able to win instructions
Be able to market a property and generate interest for it.
Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Have excellent time management skills and impeccable punctuality.
Be serious about this industry and looking for a long-term position.

Administrator Duties:

Canvass private and commercial landlords to bring their business to us.
Liaise with the team members and coordinate outcome of the viewings and offers on the properties.
Coordinate and monitor bookings by colleagues for viewings.
Photocopy documents when required and file them accordingly.
File completed deals in filing cabinet
Inform relevant authorities of the new tenancy.
Inform relevant utilities companies of new tenancy.
Email/text/call existing tenant reminding them that the rent is due,
Recording and handling all the maintenance issues and liaising with the handyman and contractors.
Provide general support to the team members as and when required including typing of letters, reports etc.
Maintain efficient and effective filing systems. Carry out basic data entry function.
Provide general admin support to the team members.
Where it is a requirement of the job for the job holder to use computers or other information technology, he/she will be required to ensure that security procedures are followed as appropriate and that confidential information for example, passwords, are not communicated to unauthorized individuals.
All employees are required by Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
To undertake any such additional duties that is reasonably commensurate with the level of this post.
