We are on the road again - in our Mustard-coloured truck named Johnny – travelling to the UKs best music and food festivals, from glamorous banqueting halls to grubby festival fields, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Festival and Events Supervisor to work with us!

What’s the gig?
 Acting as an ambassador for Bubbledogs and representing our brand
professionally to the public
 Leading and training an eager crew to support you on your travels;
 Understanding that the quality of our food is at the forefront of what we do and
working with this in mind at all times;
 Working front of house on our van, preparing and serving our hotdogs and
Champagne to the public;
 Overseeing the set up and break down of every event/festival, including
equipment, tents, marquee and Johnny the Van, etc.;
 Overseeing and assisting with fresh food prep in the London HQ kitchen prior to
events, as well as on site each morning at every event;
 Responsibility for stock-taking and ordering;
 Ensuring that Health and Safety and Food Hygiene procedures are followed to maintain our renowned high standards.

What are We are looking for?
 A fun, friendly and confident nature with excellent people skills;
 Prior experience in leading or managing an Events or restaurant Kitchen / Front
of House team (essential);
 experience of working within the kitchen, either as a chef or other food-handling
role, is vital;
 Bucket-loads of common sense and initiative, ready to respond to an
environment with ever-changing variables;
 Not shy of hard Graft and long days, and must be able to have fun and keep up
team morale at the same time;
 A happy Camper! As a team, we camp in fields during most of our events
(sleeping equipment is provided);
 A keen interest in the street food / festival scene is helpful;
 Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular office hours: this is far from
a 9-to-5 – as you can imagine - with evenings, weekends and long hours
common and plans subject to change at the last minute;
 London-based but happy to travel to each event location;
 The service of alcohol means that all candidates must be aged 18 or over
 Eligibility to work in the UK along with fluent English language ability.
