We are a modern, established coffee shop in North Finchley. We are looking for someone special to join our management team, someone who goes the extra mile in delivering quality and caring about what they do.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will be Shop Manager’s right hand person. We want someone who loves coffee and good food, is passionate about excellent customer service, and enjoys being part of a team.
You will be expected to work Saturdays and must be flexible on work times. The starting salary is negotiable depending on experience and commitment. A profit share may also be available for the right individual.
Your job as part of the Management Team will involve:
Make great coffee
Have some experience in the food industry
Work with the manager and the rest of the team
Exhibit our values and strengths, and set the tone for the entire shop.
Help and empower the team to grow and manage them with up and downs
You should be extremely organized and think outside the box and happy to experiment
Create strong working relationships within the team
This is very much a hands-on job.
