Serving Italian food made with British seasonal produce and hand-made pasta, Head Chef Robert Chambers (The Square, The Ledbury, Locanda Locatelli, RAC Club) works alongside Isaac Mchale writing one of the most exciting menus in the Capital.
Our barteam both make drinks for the dining room and serve food to our guests sitting at the counter-top. You will need to be excited about food service as well as drinks and be a host for the guests Saturday immediately in front of you.
