Candidates must possess in depth knowledge about Cocktails and wine.
Good English ESSENTIAL and an ability to expand the client base through customer interaction with a confident friendly manner.
Hourly rate £8.50 (subject to experience), plus a monthly service charge.
Availability to work weekends and until midnight everyday.
