Sales Consultants required in Central London EC1 - OLD STREET.
We require 4x Booking/Sales Consultants and 1 x Senior Bookings Manager (experience in the same industry)
Your Role will involve calling aspiring models who have applied on our website within 24-48 hours. You will call them back inform them about the type of modelling they are best suited then invite them for a modelling shoot.
This is NOT a cold calling role. All of our customer enquiries and contacts are driven from our partners or prospective clients leaving their details on our website.
Salary is competitive £Basic + Commission + Weekly Bonuses.

Main responsibilities:

Answer inbound enquiries, emails, and follow up leads – NO COLD CALLING.
Contact and progress every lead to maximize sales opportunities through multiple contact methods, including phone, email.
Build strong customer rapport through high quality written and oral communication, and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
Manage knowledge about the booking process and all service options available.
Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems.

What we can’t live without:
To be a successful Booking/Sales Consultant you will have/be:

In-depth experience of selling to customers.
Experienced in telesales role working with sales targets and KPIs preferred.
A pro-active attitude with a self-starter attitude.

Your commitment:
This role is based at our  Old Street Office Central London EC1 (5 min walk from Old street), working full time role (approximately. 42 hours per week), Mon-Fri. 9:30am - 6:00pm.
