Bookkeeping/Junior Accounting Assistant - Property Construction Company.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our thriving Group of Property Construction companies in South West London. This position would suit a well organised and eager candidate who will be responsible for all different Administrative tasks as well as for the company’s General bookkeeping/accounting tasks.
Joining the team you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Customer Accounts section across the main company as well as all the subsidiaries. Expect a highly diverse role that will see you look after a group of companies to support the Finance Director and Managing Directors to ensure the projects are on track.

The role is office based and will require an individual who Copes well in a busy environment, preferably a female candidate to maintain the balance in our office.
You will undertake the following:
•              Support to Finance Director.
•              General Bookeeping (QuickBooks)
•              Project Financials monitoring/Project invoicing.
•              Creditors accounts management.
•              Monthly payroll – Employees/CIS subcontractors.
•              Liaising with in house subcontractors, external subcontractors.
•              Work on your own initiative to streamline the processes.
•              Day to day admin as required to help to support the team.
As the Customer Service Manager you will be/have:
•              Have at least a basic accounting/ book keeping background.
•              Good communication skills written and spoken English.
•              Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel skills.

It would be advantageous (but not a requirement) in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
•              Previous experience in property industry.
•              Relevant qualifications for the role.
Starting from £25, 000 + benefits (based on experience)
