POSITION: BREAKFAST CHEF DE PARTIE
SALARY PACKAGE: £26,000 per annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the Breakfast shift
• Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld
• Keeping your section clean and organised
• Detailed knowledge of the menu
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• Will have experience at the level of application
• Ensure consistency in food quality and service timings at all times
• Ability to run your own section, including ordering, Mise en place and running breakfast service
• Possess strong organisational skills with a high level of motivation
• Control stock rotation and minimise wastage on your section
Cubitt House is an exciting and expanding, family style run business with four highly acclaimed public house and restaurants in prestigious Central London locations, two of which have boutique hotel rooms.
We are currently recruiting for experienced Breakfast Chef to join the team at The Orange.
