Business Support Needed in London

Care Inn manages a group of care homes across South Wales. The ethos of the group is to provide quality care and ensure that privacy, dignity and choice for our residents is at the core of everything we do. The company has been operating in the care sector for over fifteen years and has developed a respected reputation amongst many stakeholders including local authorities, local councils and health boards.
We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our Head Office team in Ruislip. This individual will report to the Directors of the company and will play a key role in the operational and strategic function of the organisation.
Excellent salary package: £24,000-£26,000 (including bonus) plus free parking
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• To lead and take ownership in a variety of projects impacting
 Financial Analysis
 Strategy for Delivery of Care
 Property Development
 compliance and Human Resources
• To prepare a wide range of documentation including correspondence, proposals and contracts
• To compile reports from across the organization e.g. KPI, plans and reviews etc.
• To drive interactions between the different Head Office functions when faced with project deadlines
• To manage the directors schedule, focussing on dealings with stakeholders both inside and outside the group e.g. External finance managers, auditors, local authority officers etc.
• To manage computerised databases and electronic information
• Other day to day business administration including answering and directing phone calls, managing library systems, organise meetings, update minutes etc.
• Any other Ad hoc responsibilities
Essential Skills/Competencies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Flexible approach to tasks and teamwork
• Detail orientated, analytical, problem solving
Desirable Skills/Competencies
• A university degree (preferably 2.1. Or better)
• Any Professional Accredited Qualification in either Finance, Human Resources , IT etc.
• Previous experience in a business support/analytical role (Unless 1st role for a graduate)
