Customer Service Agent

North West London

£8 Per hour + holiday pay

40 Hours a week - Temp to Perm position

Our client based in North West London, is looking for an individual to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis as a customer service agent. The client works with many unique customers and campaigns to help promote and manage inbound calls, outbound calls and date control. They are looking for someone who is an adaptable agent with excellent communication skills, who has a keen eye for technology and an interest in apps.

Responsibilities:
- To deal with submission requests.
- To present data on sales reports.
- Register our new customers.
- Ensure application listings are up to date.
- Manage applications / ensure the latest version is available worldwide to customers.
- To take inbound calls and make outbound calls.

Requirements:
- Good telephone manner.
- A professional and vibrant personality.
- Interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels.
- Great time keeping.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous call centre experience.
- Good numeracy and IT skills.

Working Requirements:
- Monday – Friday and Sunday: 07:00 - 22:00 hrs - All agents will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week, you will be working as part of the Rota with full flexibility required.
