Chef de Partie Pastry - 2AA Restaurant - 50 hrs MAX - City Based - 25,000WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry Establishment: Two AA Contemporary Restaurant Average Covers: 40 lunch and 80 for dinner Cuisine: modern European Brigade: 15 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Farringdon or Barbican (Thameslink or Circle, Hammersmith and City or Metropolitan)Salary: 25,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 6 shifts per week (50 hrs per week)Last orders: 10:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Chef de Partie Pastry to join a brigade of 4 award winning pastry chefs.* A passionate and professional chef de partie pastry that is well organised and can work well within a team.* Someone who has worked within a professional food led kitchen kitchen for over three years.* This is the perfect role for a pastry chef who wants to work in all aspects of a pastry kitchen. (A la Carte restaurant, afternoon tea, Petit fours and events/banqueting)* Previous experience cooking modern European cuisine would be desirable.
