We are currently looking for experienced Chefs for an exciting new London restaurant venue. You need to be a highly-experienced Chef, have a flexible attitude, effective management skills, be highly self-motivated and an excellent planner. You will be expected to take great pride in your work and be very pro-active. The ideal candidate will be someone who has the ability to listen and adapt and experience in a restaurant setting.

There must be a willingness to work with all staff in a professional manner, communicating effectively and handle any issues quickly in an expert manner.

Key Skills Required:
•Must have excellent cooking skills to restaurant standard.
•Must have experience of cooking Chinese cuisine.
•A high degree of flexibility and level of service is absolutely essential.
•Good organisational skills, attention to detail and high level of initiative.
•Strong team player
•First language level Cantonese or Mandarin with fluent English.
•Practical with a hands on approach
