We started life as one of London’s top street food businesses and won the Virgin Foodpreneur Award in 2015. We've sold crabs and other crustaceans at festivals and street food markets throughout the UK.
We’re now opening our first restaurant in Soho.
Opening in November, the 50-seater restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We pride ourselves on dealing direct with fishermen to get the best catch, but the menu will also move sideways beyond seafood to feature great British meat and veg produce too.
We’re an extremely passionate, creative and determined team with an eye for detail and a strong focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
We’d like to hear from people with a natural talent for hospitality, the gift of good service and the desire to pursue a career in this industry. You must have an understanding of the customer experience, a positive personality and have worked in a similar modern independent restaurant for at least 2 years.
This is a full time role with an immediate start.
You will be responsible for:
• The day to day running of the restaurant and managing the floor
• Ensuring the highest quality food and customer experience is upheld
• Managing and motivating our FOH team insuring they are inspired and engaged in there roles
• Recruiting and training existing and new staff on an ongoing basis
