We are looking for a team of great cocktail bartenders.
We need people that get 'the bar dance' and who are used to a fast paced service.
You need to have a sound knowledge of the classics and be practised at making these quickly and consistently to a high standard.
We are also looking for people that have an interest and knowledge of the products and their provenance.
This position is not suitable for a first posting, you must have at least a years experience as a cocktail bartender.
