Duties for this position will be shared with our current team and will include serving customers, operating the till, serving to tables, clearing tables, washing up (with the help of a dishwasher!), sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning toilets, etc. Team engagement is very important here as everyone shares the work and helps out wherever required while having fun along the way.
As the customer experience is very important in Smoothbean, you must be capable of delivering excellent customer service in a genuine and authentic manner, giving each and every customer a pleasant and memorable experience while visiting Smoothbean!
You must have fluent English and have the right to work in the UK, have bundles of energy, be willing to get involved, be adaptable and punctual. Ideally, you should have worked in similar establishments previously and know about how busy Coffee Shops work.
