The role of the Communications and Events Executive at Munnelly Group PLC has a very high profile. In effect, they will act as a key internal and external contact providing day-to-day communications, organisation and monitoring of all events planned for Munnelly Group PLC companies across. The main duties include:Email marketing Create an email marketing strategy Manage recipient lists Develop and run email campaigns Work with the content team to produce relevant content Events management Manage the organisation of corporate events Manage hospitality budget Account management with hospitality providers Identification of value for money events Organising internal events Networking and industry conferences Create a calendar of must attend industry events Identify and organise speaking opportunities Manage and organise hosted events Manage and organise webinars and seminars Attendance and networking at key industry eventsCommunicationWork with the digital marketing team to identify key communication topics Deliver key internal and external communications Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications Work closely with the PR agency to deliver PR campaigns Monitor external news portals Improve reputation Draft press releases and news articles with the content team Build relationships with external media Ideal candidates will possess previous event and communications experience and an ability to embrace and deliver rapid change.
