Contract Administrator Needed

My client who manages the maintenance contracts across public spaces in the London Borough of Richmond Duration: 6 Months (There is potentially a permanent opportunity available) Working Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (16:30 finish available if lunch break is 30 minutes)Salary: £9.00 per hour, increasing to £10 per hour after 12 weeks. RESPONSIBILITIES;- Providing administrative support and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. - providing an effective interface with customers, service users and the public.- ensuring that the data base is kept up to date and the work in progress is achieved, providing relevant parties with information and support at all stages of service and maintenance works.- To liaise with all Customers/Client and their representatives to ensure their requirements are understood and met. - To oversee, all day-to-day works associated with the contract- To ensure tasks set are completed within target date and time- To ensure that all jobs are ready for invoicing on client system - Answer telephone calls from the public and clients regarding repairs or general inquiries.- Carry out direct calls and respond to inquiries, - Log all call details on to the IT system.- In conjunction with manager/supervisor allocate work to operatives.- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Contract Managers Should you have the relevant experience we would love to hear from you, please ensure your CV is up to date prior to application.
