Corporate Receptionist Needed

Office Concierge is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to be based at one of our direct corporate sites.  The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and is required to deliver an unsurpassed five star visitor experience.
Key responsibilities

The successful receptionist will be responsible for the main reception, assist with the catering, changing over and refreshing rooms after each meeting and distributing post and deliveries.
Meeting room management and bookings
Meeting and greeting guests and providing support to include photocopying, scanning etc.
Printing and binding of presentation documentation.
Ordering of stationary and office supplies.
Administration of access permits and logging requests to building maintenance.
Liaising with providers of office services, building management, shredding providers, recycling providers etc.

Competencies required

Previous reception/Front of House in a corporate industry would be advantageous.
The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Highly organised, efficient individual with good time management is key along with attention to detail.
There will be both busy and quiet periods and therefore the individual would need to be self-motivated and work well under pressure.
