Customer Care Advisor Required

We are lifestyle brand based in Parsons Green London.
You will be working within a small but energetic team, looking after our on-line website customers advising of our products and deliveries.
The Role:
Receiving calls from customers inquiring about products and deliveries
Smooth processing of incoming calls
Answering e-mails from customers through out the day
Managing databases with up to date information
Liaising with third party delivery
Dealing with all associated administration.
Serving in our retail store.
Skills required:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal well presented with an eagerness to learn
1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service call centre environment
Able to work under pressure with excellent prioritisation skills
Must be organised and can work on own initiative
Intermediate MS Office knowledge, Word and Excel
Good online eCommerce understanding
This is a progressive role where full training will be given.
Interest in Yoga and Fashion would be ideal with a good knowledge of social media
Salary: starting salary £18k per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours : Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm.
