Customer Service Needed in London

Place: Earls Court, London



Our Call Centre team in Earls Court are recruiting an additional staff member
*Full Time or Part time considered
Earnings: Minimum wage upwards based on the applicants relevant work experience.
Hours of work: Initially while training 9.00 - 18.00 hrs Monday to Friday. After training shifts will alternate and regularly include Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
experience:
experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment an advantage although not essential.
However a keen (SMART) trainee maybe considered if you meet the following requirements.
Essential Requirements:
• English language (spoken and written) to a HIGH standard
• Good grammar and ability to construct clear English emails and letters
• Exceptionally CLEAR English speaking voice is essential
• Ability to communicate clearly with other staff and customers
• Deal with multiple tasks.
• Reasonable geographic knowledge of London, the UK and worldwide
• Good keyboard skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Must be of smart appearance
• Punctual and reliable
• Applicant must comply with Home Office working legislation
