Customer Services AdministratorAs a Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for the following:Customer Services Administrator Key Responsibilities:-
Dealings with customer enquiries via email and telephone Data Entry General office duties as required.
Customer Services Administrator Key Skills:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft – primarily Word and Excel Excellent telephone manner Excellent written and spoken English Ability to use PhotoShop would be an advantage but this is not essential.
