We are Batransfer. Com. One of the fastest growing airport transfer company in the UK. Currently we are looking for a controller/dispatchers with previous experience to work on a full-time and part-time basis.
We are seeking candidates who are polite, friendly, trust worthy ,punctual and mainly a team player. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft office , possess good customer service skills and be well versed in the English language. Candidates who have previous experiences working in a mini-cab office and have utilised the Ghost software or any dispatch system will be preferable.
Your main responsibilities will be dispatching jobs to the drivers, answering phone calls from drivers and customers, providing quotations to customers if prices are not available hence knowledge of London will be preferable.
