Diamond are currently working with a number of top Tier companies who have a number of exciting commercial projects that require an experienced Design and CAD Manager in London.
The Role
* Ensure effective management of the department and personnel.
* Work with team leaders to establish areas for improvement.
* Set procedures to ensure method and quality is maintained.
* Contribute to the CAD workload.
* Ensure KPI's are adhered to and produce reports.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory/management role.
* Excellent man management skills.
* Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed.
Personal Characteristics
* Good verbal communication and written english skills
* Able to work under pressure and make decisions when needed.
* Reliable, enthusiastic and a team player.
