Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £45,000-£50,000 per annum.
Following the merger of Peabody and Family Mosaic, the new organisation is a significantly larger, more diverse organisation, employing over 3,000 people. A challenging role, part of a growing business and adding significant value by optimising our digital marketing strategy to maximize revenue for Peabody from new and existing properties through a variety of intermediate and outright sale products. We currently use a mixture of digital channels to generate and manage leads.  We are seeking a digital marketing maverick to help us develop and implement a successful digital marketing strategy and optimise our digital channels.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will contribute to Peabody’s goals for growth, through the creation, implementation and continuous enhancement of the digital marketing strategy.  Create a seamless, self-service online customer journey, delivering qualified and hot leads to the sales team.  Lead on enhancing our data driven marketing environment. Increase visibility and enhance the reputation of Peabody as a developer of mixed tenure homes and to act as guardian of the Peabody brand.  Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure your team supports the promotion of our new build homes for Private Sale, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership, as well as our Resident Sales products and services.
Knowledge, experience and Skills required by the ideal Digital Marketing Manager:
- Substantial experience of successfully creating, implementing and reporting on results of digital marketing strategies
- Significant and demonstrable project management experience
- Proven experience managing complex websites and optimising customer journeys and user experience (UX)
- Proven track record in campaign strategy, execution and measurement (SEO, PPC, HTML emails, social media and content marketing programs)
- Significant experience shaping customer databases to optimise segmentation capabilities and enable targeted marketing communications
- experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management (CMS) and email systems
- Substantial experience using Google Analytics and other digital measurement tools to analyse and optimise website and channel performance
- experience devising and delivering social media and content marketing strategies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript an advantage
- Working knowledge of and proven experience ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws, the Consumer Code and other relevant legislation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to deliver quickly
- Proven ability to gather and interpret feedback and data to influence business decisions
- Proven experience managing external agencies
- Previous line management experience; strong people management skills, ability to lead, motivate and performance manage
- Effective budget setting and monitoring; ability to deliver value for money
- Highly organized, solution-focused problem solving skills, able to work under pressure in a dynamic sales environment and manage high volume of projects and deadlines
- Clear, accurate writing skills with the ability to produce fluent and persuasive copy and content for a wide variety of audiences
- A persuasive and articulate communicator
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- experience in the new homes property sector (desirable)
Qualifications required by the ideal Digital Marketing Manager:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification
