Zipjet is Europe's leading on-demand laundry and dry cleaning service, operating in London, Paris and Berlin. We want to take the hassle of laundry off our customer’s hands, so they can spend more time doing the things they enjoy! To do this, we’ve created a service, which allows our customers to have their laundry collected and delivered back to them in as little as 24 hours. Think of us as a remote control for your laundry pile!
We’re a young team of about 50 people, with a great mix of previous professional experience. Our backgrounds are diverse, both culturally and professionally. One thing we all have in common though, is that we love what we do at Zipjet.
About the job
We are currently looking for part-time Dispatch Managers who can support our fast growing and highly motivated team in London.
You will:
• Check all orders before the Drivers start their shift
• Sort orders for the Drivers and solve any issues they may have
• Record and report issues on the shift to the Shift Leader
Who you are
• A strong attention to detail and result oriented
• Reliable and able to work under pressure
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a prerequisite

Flexible working hours. Shifts available:
o Monday-Thursday: 05:30-07:00, 13:00-14:00, 16:30-18:00
o Friday: 05:30-07:00, 13:00-14:00
o Saturday: 05:30-07:00
o Sunday: 05:30-07:00, 16:30-18:00
