We are a luxury brand that host 5-star driving holidays across Europe in performance cars.
An opportunity has arisen where we are looking for a temporary event assistant / personal assistant for our events and provide admin support to the Directors.
You are a personable, highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, event experience is preferable and looking to add to your event experience.

We need:
• Temporary events assistant, or personal assistant with events experience.
• Prior travel co-ordination preferable.
• Detail focused. Being highly organised comes naturally to you.
• Problem solving personality.
• Good communication skills and personable manner.
• Fluent in English language (Native).
• Must be able to handle stressful situations (it goes with events).
• Must be able to travel to France for the contract.
• Holder of a current driver’s licence preferable.
The right candidates will be available for two upcoming events we are hosting.
1) July event in France - roadtrip
Starting on 6th July for briefing in London. This is a luxury roadtrip with VIPs driving 20 other cars to 5* locations in Northern France. The event runs from 7th - 11th July. We will have two support teams (2 people in each team) each driving their own support vehicle. One person on each team will be a confident driver, to travel ahead of the group to the event's evening hotels. Over 4 nights we will be staying in 3 different hotels, with travel between each being less than two hours drive. The longest driving is departure and return from/to London and travel to locations just outside Paris.
2) September event in 5 countries - roadtrip
Starting on 5th September for briefing in London. This is a luxury roadtrip with VIPs driving 20 other cars to 5* locations in France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium. The event runs from 9th - 17th September. We will have two support teams (2 people in each team) each driving their own support vehicle. One person on each team will be a confident driver, to travel ahead of the group to the event's evening hotels. Over 8 nights the guests will be staying in 6 different hotels. In 9 days you will travel around 2000 miles with a co-pilot.
On both events, you will be customer facing, assisting with their needs, pre-checking in at hotels, some have luggage assistance so you will work with the porters to load them into our luggage vehicles. You will be the contact with restaurants and update reservations should our arrival timings require adjustment. Generally ensuring our VIP clients have 5* service and their holiday is hassle free.
The role will begin in our London home office in N4, before departing for the rallies.
Remuneration:
• 1) £75/day (£450 for the contract over 6 days). - July event
• We will arrange all flights, twin-share accommodation, breakfast included and €20 meal budget / day.
• 2) £75/day (£825 for the contract over 12 days) - July event
• We will arrange the car, co-pilot, twin-share accommodation, breakfast included and €20 meal budget / day.
