Salary: £45,000 pa + Paid OT + Bonus
Working Hrs: 5 days / 48 hrs

Central London based offices and high spec production development kitchen operation (£3 + m turnover).

Role Description
Working closely with the Directors with the support of a passionate / dedicated team, duties include:
Menu development, costings, specifications.
Client meetings and tastings; organising and planning of events; budgeting.
Running of events (FOH); leading the operation and team.
Liaising with Heads of department re: events logistics, purchasing, cellar, staffing, etc.
Involvement in business development and marketing.

Desired Attributes
Proven Operations experience gained within a comparable Events catering company; wide knowledge of London events venues (e.g. Galleries, Museums, Palaces, etc); strong all round operational skill set; good initiative and attention to detail required.
Essential: full / clean UK Driving Licence + CRB Check re: venue security passes.

Salary and Benefits

Start salary: £45,000 basic pa + paid Overtime + Bonus.

Permanent 48-hr contract subject to 3 months probationary period.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and evening / weekend events (business-dependent)

Benefits: courses as required; regular reviews; workplace pension option; 28 days paid annual leave (including public holidays); staff discounts; laundered uniform + meals on duty.
Overview: Steady events levels from Jan to April; working average three weekends per month and two nights per wk. During May to July; working (average) 1 weekend and two to three nights during September to December months.
Immediate start available / able to accommodate notice.
