We are looking for an excellent and reliable cleaner/manager for a two-bedroom flat in North London (N8) for Airbnb rentals from September 2022. This person would be cleaning the flat to the highest standard for hospitality services as well as managing check-ins for guests (personally greeting guests and showing the flat on arrival), handling laundry (stripping beds on check-out and dealing with a laundry service) as well as preparing the flat for the next check-in.
The flat has one double bedroom and one single bedroom. It takes two hours to clean the flat. We could have on average 4 to 5 check-ins per month.
Requirements:
-Excellent cleaning skills and attention to detail
-Extremely reliable
-Very good English, presentable and people’s skills
-Flexible and available at different times for guest check-ins
-References required
Fees: £10 per hour
We will be interviewing from week of Aug. 7th.
