Expeditor role overview:
* This role would be perfect for a Senior Commis de Rang or an experienced and active Food Runner
* The ideal Expeditor will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming and presentation
* You will also be responsible for the mise-en-place and the pass set-up before service and the speedy delivery of the food during service
* Your responsibility is to assist the Executive Chef with the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen pass in the restaurant across all meal periods
* You must also have the excitement and patience to train the Food Runners, while enjoying working in a very fast paced kitchen
