Experienced Hotel Front Desk Receptionist Job

The Sidney Hotel London Victoria is an independent 3 Star Guest Accommodation hotel.
We are currently recruiting for an EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST to start immediately with knowledge of the hospitality industry and position. This is a permanent FULL TIME position where daily duty’s will consist of the following:
• Assisting with guest queries and providing a high level of customer service.
• Processing Check-in’s and Check-out’s.
• Processing payments.
• Processing reservations.
• Filing.
• Responding to emails.
• Handling telephone switchboard of incoming calls and reservations.
• Attending to bar services if required.
Candidates must have the following qualities.
• Very good verbal and written English communication.
• High level of enthusiasm, punctuality, drive and initiative.
• Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent customer care skills with guests and fellow colleagues.
• experience of position required.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good appearance.
Work Schedule: FULL TIME (5-6 Days per week)
Rate of Pay - Starting Min Wage per hour (based on experience) PLUS Concierge Commission, Gratuity, Holiday Pay and Bonus.
