Experienced Receptionist Job

We are looking for a:
Hotel experienced Receptionist (Mainly Night shifts, but Day shifts might be required as well)
Front of House Receptionists:
We require extremely well presented, professional and articulate individuals to join our reception team. We require mainly Night Shift candidates (12 hr shifts) 3 - 4 days a week. The successful candidate must be organised, have excellent communication skills, have a "can do" approach to resolving problems and be passionate about delivering an impeccable customer service on daily basis.
experience in "Room Master" reservation system is preferable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Although experience is an advantage it is not necessary if you have a positive approach to learning new skills, however you must be 100% customer oriented and enjoy working and meeting new people every day.
You will be professional and discreet, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. You will be motivated by providing exceptional service at all times and interacting with our discerning clients.
MAIN DUTIES FOR RECEPTIONIST:
1. Deliver excellent customer service, at all times and to ensure that the guest has a comfortable and memorable stay.
2. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, taking reservations for accommodation bookings in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
3. Cash handling and taking the correct payment from the guests for payment of rooms.
4. Providing accurate information to guests in relation to their booking and their inquiries.
5. Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
Rate of Pay - £7.20 an hour
Hours of work - 7pm to 7am (Mainly Night shifts. 12 hr shifts 3 to 4 days a week)
