A discreet, hardworking, proactive and adaptable individual is required for a lovely single lady in the heart of Mayfair.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work to very high standards. The Principal has a beautifully presented 3-bedrooms apartment and has many high-end designer clothes, therefore is essential that laundry, ironing and care of fine fabrics skills are excellent.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they will take huge pride in their work, making sure the highest cleanliness standards are achieved.
Candidates will need to have good communication skills in English and be a good team player as they will be working alongside a full-time housekeeper and ensure that the household runs smoothly and efficiently.
Hours: Monday to Friday approximately 2pm to 8pm, flexibility is required!
Location: Mayfair
Salary: £30K gross per annum (approximately £450npw)
Start Date: as soon as possible
Interviewing: as soon as possible
Principal tasks:
• Cleaning the house to a high standard (to include, dusting, moping, hovering and tidying)
• Laundry, ironing and care of fine fabrics
• Wardrobe management
• Work closely with the full-time housekeeper
• Cooking healthy meals is a bonus
Candidates must be / have:
• A good eye for detail
• Extremely organised and able to prioritise their workload
• Confident with the laundry and care of fine fabrics
• Understand the care of fine art, furniture and antiques
• Be able to converse confidently in English (written and spoken)
• Very high standards of their own work
• A positive 'can-do' attitude.
