Fast Track Claims Management Intern

As a Claims intern you will be responsible for making contact and processing the initial investigations and documentation for customer’s financial product and service claims.
Main Responsibilities:
• Generating correspondence
• Generating your own clientele
• Liaising with clients
• Collating client information
• Analysing Claim information and vetting viability of claims.
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Communicating directly with clients and lenders
• General administration duties
Skills/Attributes required:
• No experience necessary but preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Typing speed 50 wpm
• Eye for detail
• Educated to degree level or relevant experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to handle own caseload
Your hours will be from 9.30am - 6pm.
