Full Time Lettings Office Administrator E7 Job

Hamar Property Services are looking an Office Administrator to work alongside and assist the Sales and Lettings team with all administrative duties in their office based in East London.
The Candidate we are looking for will be able to
- work under pressure

- Organised and meticulous
- Uses ones own initiative
- IT Literate
- Excel competent
- Excellent communication skills
Someone with experience would be ideal, however, this is not necessary.
Our professional and qualified team offer support every step of the way and will provide you day to day training.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the negotiators by arranging viewings, answering incoming calls and advertising property particulars online
- Be proactive in providing administrative support for branch staff
- Liaising with negotiators and clients to resolve problems
- Liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Arranging and dealing with maintenance
- Entering data and filing paperwork
- Preparing documentation (contracts and other legal documents)
- Dealing with rental incomes
- Updating the relevant databases

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm.
