Distributor of medical devices based in North West London is looking for a motivated and organised individual to become our Office Coordinator / Administrator. Full time position with competitive salary, subject to experience and skills.
Must be confident on the telephone and have excellent communication skills (written and spoken). experience of using CRM software advantage.
The Office Coordinator / Administrator role:
Your main responsibility will be organizing trainings/workshops for medical professionals.
Responsibilities of our Office Coordinator / Administrator:
- Trainings/workshops: booking venues / trainers / models /
- Entering events in diary
- Providing admin support across all teams.
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Complete all tasks with high accuracy
Skills needed to become our Office Coordinator / Administrator:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous admin/customer service experience preferable.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent planning skills
- Attention to detail, ensuring the highest standard of accuracy.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Computer literate
