Full Time PA to Directors of Property Investment and Development Company

We are a Property Investment and Development company is looking for a Full Time Office Admin receptionist and personal assistant to 2 Directors during maternity leave for a minimum of 6 months.
The main duties include:
- General Office Administration
- Answering Calls and Dealing with enquiries
- Book Keeping and Filing
The Ideal candidate will be someone with good communication skills, happy to work alone. You will need to be organised with a good eye for detail.
Microsoft Office knowledge and numeracy essential.
If you have accountancy knowledge, that would be helpful, as would knowledge / experience in Property Management industry; but not essential.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
