We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join our well established team. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure and show a genuine passion for great presentation and food.
Someone clean and presentable and a professional who is as passionate about our food as we are.
You'll need to have a minimum of a year’s solid experience in the kitchen and can hit the ground running, although full training will be given.
You’ll have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
We’re looking for someone to commit for a minimum of a year with us.
The MUST HAVES:
- A confident and CAN DO attitude
- A minimum of a year’s relevant experience
- Comfortable working across all sections
- Good standards of health and safety and hygiene regulations
- Proven knowledge of all Food Safety practises, to include HACCP, COSHH
- At least one RECENT relevant reference
- The right to live and work in the UK
- Be local or within a practicable travelling distance
