Full Time Receptionist Needed

An excellent position is now available for an experienced medical receptionist at a luxury Medi-Clinic providing aesthetic treatments in the heart of Richmond.
A rare opportunity to work as Receptionist in a prestigious Medi-clinic in Richmond, Surrey. As 'the face' of the clinic, you must be highly presentable, articulate and with excellent spoken English and communication skills. If you are confident, highly resilient and have an excellent telephone manner, we would like to hear from you.  This is an interesting, varied and demanding role which requires a lot of common sense. You will work closely with the Clinic Manager, ensuring efficient service at all times, as well as excellent patient administration backing up our doctors and medical aestheticians. The job also includes being trained in the sale of our own skincare range.

- Sales experience ideally within beauty or skincare.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- To be quietly confident, proactive and have a passion for the industry.
- Excellent IT and admin skills

Main Purpose of Job:
- Handling all incoming phone and email enquires.
- Understanding and comprehensively use the electronic diary / clinic management software to schedule and manage patient appointments and manage practitioners' diaries.
- Carrying out a large comprehensive range of additional administrative duties.
- Dealing with patients in a calm, professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Welcoming and receiving patients and other visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner.
- To maintain at all times the highest level of discretion and confidentiality concerning patient information, in accordance with the Data Protection Regulations and CQC standards.
-Ad hoc assisting in clinic as required (full training will be given).

Salary will be on application, depending on experience.
