Greek Speaking Administrative Assistant

A wholesale distribution company based in North London is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to join them.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day running of the office
• Responsible for answering the phones and assisting with client orders and enquiries
• Assist operations functions with some clerical duties filing/copying/scanning.
Key experience:
• Excellent written and spoken English and Greek
• Strong I.T. Skills especially in Microsoft Office
• Educated to a good standard
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
This is a temporary opportunity on a part-time basis but the company is willing to offer the job permanently to the right candidate.
