We are looking for a full time Guest Service Agent with previous experience in hospitality to join our front office team.
Duties will include check-in, check outs, taking payments, Processing reservations and deal with guest queries providing friendly and professional service.
Applicants MUST have the following qualities
• Positive, friendly individuals to join a like-minded team
• Total commitment to customer service
• Very good command and understanding of English.
• Organizational and communication skills with ability to multi-task.
• Team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive and initiative.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be a bonus
• Hotel experience desired
