The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the catering industry with at least 3 years in a similar role. We are looking for a motivated individual who is capable of running a kitchen and have experience working with Mediterranean dishes.
The main menu changes seasonally with daily specials being created by the Chef.
Role Responsibility:
Day to day running of the kitchen
Creating Specials
Control of stock levels and ordering
Kitchen administration/ EHO paper work
Management of kitchen staff
The ability to train others
Fast and efficient during service
