Have good communication and organisational skills
·Be able to work under pressure and remain calm at all times
·Be flexible and have a positive can do attitude
·Passion and dedication for producing great tasting fresh food using locally sourced ingredients
·Comfortable working across all sections
·Good standards of health and safety and hygiene regulations
-Are able to keep a team around them through nurturing and progressing those they are responsible for.
