We are recruiting for a Head Chef, to lead the kitchen of this well-established popular gastro pub. You will be leading your team through service and help create great dishes using the freshest, in-season ingredients; giving your diners an extra special culinary experience.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of how the business works and take a hands-on approach to the financial side of the business.
It is expected that you will implement new cooking techniques whilst serving traditional British pub classics.
It is important that you have experience of writing menus and creating dishes both classic and your own.
