Your responsibilities as aHousekeeping Office Co-coordinator will include:- The administration and coordination of the Housekeeping Office with 2 other people- Office administration, maintaining computer records, monitoring our request/maintenance software called HOTSOS and issues jobs accordingly- Support the Housekeeping management with day to day tasks and must be able to make decisions confidently.We are looking for The ideal Housekeeping Office Co-coordinator will:-  Have previous Housekeeping Administration experience- Have experience of adhering to hotel and company procedures- Deliver excellent guest service every day- Be a pro-active team player who easily connects and builds rapport with others- Demonstrate understanding of the role- Possess good computing processing skills- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion! We offer Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
