Human Resources Administrator - temp to perm
£10 - £13 per hour for 4 months will go permanent for the right person, salary £25,000pa
Are you someone with strong administration experience who thrives in a busy, varied environment?
Working within a small Human Resources team, you will provide professional, proactive and comprehensive administrative support to our Human Resources Officers and help support this not-for-profit organisation.
This post is ideal for a highly organised person who likes variety, is confident dealing with a changing work load and able to prioritise key tasks whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.
Excellent communication and administrative/IT skills, initiative, attention to detail and ability to multi-task are all skills that we are looking for in our Administrator.
You will work proactively to influence and support managers, to deliver a wide remit of activities including recruitment, absence management, employment relations and payroll. This varied role will provide a challenging and rewarding opportunity to deliver a first class Human Resources service and influence and shape employment practice.
Work with line managers for allocated recruitment exercises to conclusion ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and alignment with business objectives. You will sourcing and arrange training ensuring best value for the business at all times and ensuring training records are kept up-to-date
You will have excellent organisation skills with constant attention to detail and will ensure the delivery of high quality Human Resources support for employee related issues in the business e.g. Policies and procedures, performance management, reward, employment legislation, recruitment, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance, pension administration, expat management, headcount and salary budget management, etc.
As Human Resources Administrator you must have the ability to communicate with, and influence, a wide range of people at varying levels and will be proven team player with a professional attitude. You will need to identify core issues and shows initiative to resolve problems. You will constantly strive to add value to the business.
