Excellent opportunity for a flexible and part time IT Support role. With the potential to lead to a full time role.
This flexible role combines working from home, visiting [business] clients as well as working from our office in north London.
Your duties will include but not be restricted to:
o Providing technical support for end users via phone, email as well as remotely and on-site.
o Monitor and manage clients IT and Networks
o Setting up and installing new systems for clients. (Computers, Servers, Network Printers, Network Switches and Routers, Office 365, VoIP systems and others)
o Work with clients on improving their user experience and finding new (IT) solutions for their business.
Minimum 18 months experience in IT Support is required.
Must be fluent and natural in English both written and verbal and have excellent customer service and client facing skills.
Full and clean UK Driving licence highly recommended but not required.
Minimum 2 references will need to be provided.
