Lettings Administrator Needed

A fabulous opportunity to join this established and very well-respected Lettings brand who, over the last few years, have built up an extremely successful and reputable business within the East London surrounding area. We are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our professional and friendly team.
We are looking to fill 2 positions in our Administration Department effective immediately.
Working Hours: 5 days a week across 6 days.
Duties to include however not restricted to:
Answering all telephone calls in a timely and professional manner Answering all enquiries received by email. Liaising with your Line Manager regarding any maintenance issues that are time sensitive. Dealing with all walk-ins and assisting them with enquiries. Assisting new Tenants with signing all paperwork and acquiring all required documents. Handing over keys. General administrative tasks such as accurately filing and updating the company system. Candidate Requirements:
MUST be trainable and have attention to detail Impeccable written and verbal English skills Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Outlook. Available to work 2 alternative Saturdays with one day off during the week over. Must have the ability to prioritise workload as accordingly. Available to start immediately. Salary: £20,000.00 to £21,000.00 /year
